Family Office and UHNW Advisory
Singapore family office advisory for governance, investment oversight, succession, philanthropy, tax coordination and appropriate structures.
Build an operating system for family wealth
Singapore family office advisory: A family office is more than an investment entity or a tax incentive. Its design should reflect the family’s objectives, decision rights, risk tolerance, succession plan, privacy needs, philanthropy and the capabilities required to run the office well.
Advisory scope
13O and 13U are not the GIP
Singapore fund tax incentive provisions and the Global Investor Programme have different purposes, eligibility criteria and authorities. A family may consider both in a broader plan, but qualifying for one does not automatically satisfy the other.
A coordinated team
Family office work regularly crosses legal, tax, investment-management, immigration and regulated-services boundaries. Our role is to organise the fact pattern, options and implementation workstreams. Where trusts, wills, succession, governance documents, transactions or formal legal opinions are required, we coordinate with Singapore law firms whose lawyers have the relevant private-client, tax, funds or corporate speciality, together with licensed fund managers, trustees and other professionals.
